Sorry in advance for the spam, I hung up my camera 2 years ago and recently purchased an A7RIII, FE 20mm 1.8 & FE 55mm 1.8. I've got my eyes set on the 135mm GM next!

Terrific image Joshua, taken with new A1 firmware?
Thanks, K-H.
Hi K-H., thank you and yes, although I couldn’t tell much, if any difference to be honest. I experienced a single case of the viewfinder blackout here previously and I didn’t encounter any today. The AF was great before and great now after the upgrade, too. Anything else remains approximately the same, too. I am sure some folks that had the viewfinder blackout issues see the benefits of the new FW. And that would quiet down the complaints, which matters the most.

Thanks Joshua.
So far I have only seen positive feedback about the firmware update.
That's great.
