This is a little known monastery the driver would not take me too, so the guide had to do the driving. Tibetan Buddhism started near here in the 7th century.

I was at Lake Garda long, long time ago, seriously some 45 years ago, reminding me how old I am now… It looks better in your wonderful images than what I remembered from back then. My memory started getting foggy anyway .
Had an amazing stay in New York City, managed to get up at 4am to avoid the crowds and have the best spots to myself. ;-)
