Full frame, tripod mounted A7rII Kolari Vision modified Ultra Thin Sensor camera and Zeiss 35mm f1.4 ZM Distagon lens; silent shutter. Focused near the minimum focusing distance of 2.3 feet for the lens.
ISO 100, f5.6?, 1/1250 second.
Exposure Corrected +0.49 Stops.
From two recent day-trips around Trondheim.
Lenses used: #2 CV 21/3.5 E, #4 CV 75mm/1.5 VM and the rest CV 35/1.7 VM.
Really happy with this kit for trips/traveling. So light and capable.

A peregrine falcon chick from last Saturday that still has some fluffy "baby" feathers, those are the light-colored strings. It still hops around but it should be able to fly in the next several days. Generally, in bird photography you need reach and then more reach. This particular site is really unique in that the birds are so close, you could almost touch it. The focal length used for this image is 200mm and yet, the falcon chick fills the frame...
