Contax 100/3.5 - My minus 25C sleeping bag just kept the cold at bay a little in the guest house. I asked them how cold it got. They said: 'if you spit, it freezes and bounces on the ground.' It's the altitude too, 4000m here.
Contax 35-70/3.4, better results than I recall (2016 image). It has very soft outlines but high detail and great depth of field. Here, it's a nunnery (Dorje Ling), very high (4500m) and uncrowded, yet close to Lhasa.
