Great work and congratulations to all the dedicated "still" photographers here who took a chance on a 12mpix camera. Kudos to the great photographers of this thread, my hat is off to ya.
This F-5 is from Fighter Squadron Composite (VFC-13) Saints, a US Navy fighter squadron that provides adversary training for U.S. Navy air wings at NAS Fallon, Nevada.
I gotta say, Jack...I really like the bokeh of the Nokton! In those portraits above, the bokeh is sooooo smooth!! I haven't used my Nokton enough, lately, and, well, now I have to wait a week+ til my A7 seven comes back!!
Great shots^^^

Wouldn't agree more, Gregg!
Not to mention it ain't bad for B/W either
i seem to be on a glow kick lately, some shots with the jupiter-9, which i've decided i like enough to transfer from its terrible helicoid into a better one that will add closer focus.
I haven't posted here for a while. But I finally received the ultra wide angle I have lusted since forever: Leica Wate. Here is my small review of the lens mated with A7 series.
Positive:
image quality is perfect in my opinion. It is gorgeous. Perfect fit for Sony A7 series. sharpess is there. And the size is perfect. Small and highly capable UWA. I still can't believe the thing weights only ~300 g and yet delivers such superb image quality. What more can one ask?
Downsides:
The vignetting seems heavy and takes some time to remove in post-processing. Luckily sharpess is still there. I don't like the filter holder. But it seems i'm stuck with it for a while. Stacking filters obviously makes the vignetting even more severe. And the biggest drawback: it did cost me an arm and a leg. Or so it feels. Going to take a while to recover from this financial blow. But I'd still say it was worth it.

Lovely images Tmuussoni.
Which heroes BTW?
Can you post a few pics of the lens on your camera to get a sense of scale? (Not that I will ever be buying one of these rare jewels...)
