Sunny and cold today. Another walk to the train yard. I grabbed a lens that I love the results from but don't always love using - the Contax G 90/2.8 Sonnar, with the Metabones adapter. Happy I did. Also took the Color-Skopar 21/3.5 FE and the APO-Lanthar 50/2 FE.

I have posted plenty of burrowing owl images. FYI, this owl species is small, it flies at a fast speed and its flying pattern while it is hunting is unpredictable. Here is an image showing how small the owl is...
The first shot is a re-visit from a shot I posted a few days ago, this time taken with Loxia 21. This one has more warmth and red leaves on the ground.
Second shot features the same location, and shows the garden silhouetted against the mansion.
