A couple from a designer I love working with. She is one of those that if she was a chef, she could go in to your fridge and pantry and make of Five Star meal out of whatever you had. But rather, she works with materials and clothing.
The Covid-19 shit has hit the fan here; my mind focuses on other things than photography. I will stop taking and posting pictures for an undefined period. I had a lot of fun doing this, though, and watching others do it and learned a lot. So thank you all.

Well. Had high hopes this morning but the fog, surf, and surfers where not on the same page. Luckily this guy walked by and bailed me out with something to bring home
Two last photos from our week's vacation at the parc national du Bic near Rimouski, Québec. The first was shot with a circa 1971 Minolta Rokkor MC 35/1.8; the second was shot with a 1990s-era Tokina 28-70/2.6-2.8 zoom, which I normally only use on my cinema cameras but am starting to use it for stills on my Sony now too. My partner Claire grew up by the sea in Brittany, and she always gets this enormous smile on her face when we're by the coast (Rimouski is on the St-Lawrence River but at this point its very marine, with seals, whales, seaweed, and tides).
Feeding time; looking at a parent Great Egret feeding one of its nestlings while 1 of its siblings is running its bill through the parents neck feathers and the third is in the nest behind the parent.
