I just received another Minolta Rokkor lens, circa 1970, the 35mm f1.8 HH, second version. I think I'm in love. Like the other Rokkors, it is full of aberrations and has low contrast wide open (as seen here), but super-sharp stopped down a bit. I love the artistic rendering wide open.
Looking at a field of clover.
Cropped, tripod mounted FE 100-400mm GM set to 259mm and A7rIII, silent shutter.
ISO 800, f10, 1/80 second.
Exposure corrected -0.20 Stops.
