I finally had a chance to shoot. I got myself up early around 4 AM MT and drove about 45 minutes to the trailhead at Panorama Point. The hike was straight up to the top. Sunrise was nothing to get excited over but I was happy to be out in nature and working various compositions. Here is one that I recently finished editing showing the view from the top towards some of Colorado's mountain peaks. The sun was rising behind me.

These Hummingbirds just keep getting more colorful as the Summer progresses. A Ruffos I think? We have a population of four of this type visiting regularly these days. The fighting between birds is getting so intense that not much feeding is happening. The bottle is lasting twice as long as it did before so many birds showed up.
