Really starting to like this 90mm macro lens. I had no idea what I was going to shoot when I bought it on the b/s forum, but things present themselves. Here's another in a series of seashell shots I've experimented with while in Florida. I just found this huge Lightning Whelk on the beach this afternoon. Shot in the golden light of late afternoon. The clouds just cooperated. Shot handheld at 1/50 sec, I also had keepers at 1/30 sec.
North Corner is one of a few points allowing public access to the River Tamar within the extent of the Devonport Naval Dockyard. It's pier was built in the 19th century to allow delivery of supplies for the people of Devonport - the red house shown was the piermaster's house and the road above is part of the Dockyard. I can only assume that "Pen Dinas" is someone's ongoing project - it's been in that position and that condition for at least 2 years.
Looking down from the Top of the Preserve across the Lehigh Valley Zoo, the Preserve, and into the Distance. Jordan Creek can be seen near the upper left third and in the full size image the Pedestrian Bridge crossing the Creek is visible.

Joshua & Ronny, beautiful images. But that's no surprise.
Thank you very much, Manu! I haven't seen your image post lately... I got the feeling that you are using a different platform or maybe I should qualify that as a plural, as in platforms?

Another image from the Mask Carnival in Venice 2020 - although I left Venice well before the bad outbreak of Covid-19 but I did hurt my right foot badly on the second day. I could barely walk after that and as such, I didn't do much shooting as I anticipated after that. Chances are, I will skip 2021 and if I am going back, it will be in 2022...

That Tamron has some really nice rendering!
Thanks Scott, that was actually one of my main concerns prior to getting the lens based on seeing some busy rendering in foliage shots. I'm finding that if the light is right, ie the same conditions you'd normally use for landscape shooting, then the rendering is quite nice.
