At Gatorland, Orlando or Kissimmee, FL.
It's amazing what even a short trip out to nature can do for mental well-being.
It's like the coronavirus, all the fear, panic, negative news all fade away and all that's left is the sound of the desert wind.
In a remote part of eastern San Diego county this past weekend.
Sony A7iii and Sigma 100-400 C at 400mm cropped. Bluetooth remote was very useful for this.
It would be better time to be there day earlier when Moon rises earlier and the castle would be better lit from sunset or for next day morning Moonset from other side (but forecast was not favorable). I had to merge exposures for castle and Moon (which is tricky given how fast Moon moves when magnified at 400mm). I have used https://www.mooncalc.org/ to plan for location.
Looking at Yellow Flowers.
Tripod mounted FE 100-400mm GM zoom set to 400mm and A7rIII, silent shutter.
ISO 800, f14, 1/80 second.
Exposure corrected +0.59 Stops.
