For this kind of shot I think 100-400 GM will do a better job
both closest focusing distance and better magnification
and maybe the A7r III if now the focus keep up
But this is a nice kombo and I think 200-600 is a great lens

Lake Manasarovar (7695m Gurla Mandhata is hiding in #2), Mt Kailash region. You can drive right by the mountain, look right up at it. It's the northwestern extremity of Nepal - a place of great power for millennia. The area was opened up for pilgrimage in the 13th century.
