Looking at a (small?) portion of the flock of Snow Geese that had taken off. I would estimate that thousands of Snow Geese had congregated beyond the retention ponds behind our home and onto the flooded land on both sides of the creek on the other side of the retention ponds (on the one side farmers fields were flooded).
Tripod mounted 200-600mm f5.6-6.3 G set to 600mm and A7rIII camera; silent shutter.

Taken out my Kitchen sliding door, Breinigsville, PA.
Conditions were just about right to execute this image in which I wanted to convey not only cold but also resilience as represented by these trees clinging on to the side. I was especially drawn to the twisted branches of the tree on the right.

Outstanding, as always, Joshua!
A shot of my daughter from Vegas Cup a couple of weeks ago.
The team played well in the tournament with State Cup a week away.
The 200-600 does well on 9v9 fields with only one body although you need to be mindful of the backgrounds. I'm looking forward to moving to the big field next year where the 400GM will get more use.

Hi Greg, long time no see/hear! Thank you for your kind words and I love you daughter's soccer images. I remember vividly that you used a GM 400mm lens for one of those quite some time ago. What happened to it? But the 200-600mm lens is no slouch either although for sport, you are correct the GM 400mm will be more appropriate, especially due to the f/2.8 aperture.
I hope everything is well with you and we go out shoot together again. Take care!

PP on the sky gave me quite a lot of grief actually, as soon as converting to sRGB for web huge amounts of colour detail was clipped out, a phenomenon I rarely see. Even this heavily tweaked version is still not as detailed in the sky as what it is viewed in a higher gamut.
Looking at 2 American White Ibises from behind. The Ibis in the front is standing on one leg and the bills of both birds show how translucent they are in the sunlight.
