Very nice images everyone! Jack, I love the E46 ASPH images! Sooooooo glad I can't afford one!
Jeremy, seems like you're getting the hang of the R 90 Cron! Great images....I'm almost sad I sold it...it's a fantastic portrait lens!
Ebookman...I keep seeing the Md 35-70 Macro shots and they look fantastic. I wonder how it compares to the Contax 35-70 macro? theres one for sale on the BS board, too!

Hello guys,
I recently bought a7r and been trying it out with different lenses that I have(mostly Canon mount lenses). I have few shots with ZE35 F2 and Sigma 35 ART.

I had a C/Y 35-70 and I loved it as much as I love the Minolta. I did not own them both at the same time to make comparisons but with a price about one quarter of the Contax it is a really easy to give the Minolta a try. I do not feel any urge to purchase another Contax. This lens is very good and it would not surprise to find it the equal of the Contax. I am sure there are a couple of people on the forum who have both lenses who might speak to this.
Thanks Ebookman...I might just grab the one on the BS board, and compare. I do love my C/Y 35-70, though!
Here are a few from today with the Leica Summilux R 80. All wide open unless noted, and all with some minor PP'ing, but no sharpening except for the in camera jpg settings...

Great sheep shots Phillip. Not sure what the expression in the last shot means, does she like you, or is it fear?
I was feeding them some grass from the other side of the fence which naturally was much tastier than the one inside, so it is looking expectantly for more
