I don't often get the opportunity to photograph friends or family -- most photo outings are solo. But recently I had an old friend stop over for a few days on the way to visit his son in Alaska, so snapped a few shots while showing him around the area.
Now that I tried a (not decentered) Sony FE 35mm 1.4 ZA - and still wasn't happy with it -

Breaks my heart when I see the damage will inflict on God's creations. Wish we were better stewards of the earth and all its life.

The heat has me indoors and I need to stay busy . So, it is water drop time. I truly am fascinated and amazed at the properties of these little tiny water drops. One never knows just how they will refract the colors or the images.
That's fishing line, other times we see fishing nets entangling sea life. Seldom is it cast off drinking straws or beverage bottles. Fishing people tend to cut off snarls and throw them into the water -- bad news for animals and fish. It is too bad, regardless. It's often unrelated to people in their homes or local environment.
