These guys live in the western side of the Izu peninsula where the locals have dubbed the location "Monkey Beach." These are the same as the ones that live in the mountains of Nagano where they soak in the hot springs.

Great work everyone. Manuel, that landscape shot is excellent.
First shot with the 600 II and the Sigma 1.4 TC. Handholding this combo is no fun, when one doesn't have the time to set up the gimbal. https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7877/47107232721_17c7561794_b.jpg
Thank you Chris! Impressed you are able to use that monster without support... and what result

Many thanks, Manuel. The lens is definitely a brick. The problem is I'm not built like that proverbial brick s**t house, handholding is OK only for stationary shots, but not for BIF. I tried it once or twice, but it's just too heavy. Need a tripod plus gimbal or monopod head for that.
The ship I am on just docked in Shanghai And that will conclude my cruise/trip. I will be flying home in several hours in the evening in several hours.
But this image is from the port in Kaohsiung, Taiwan...
