Seascape photography has a variety of sub-genres and capturing the perfect flow of the ocean with a wide angle lens has some risks since you cannot predict when the bigger wave will come. The only certainty is that sooner or later it will hit strongly you and your equipment. If you’re not prepared to keep your ground better you don’t venture to the edge.
I've got a big wave that completely soaked me and the camera and kept shooting to eventually capture this one.
A7riii and the wonderful CV21 color skopar.
Beautiful I never know where to look though...... Do you click when the waves hit? When the water is flowing away....? When the water is falling over the rocks?

Generally when the water is receding after the wave has hit. Key thing is the shutter speed; for receding waves the sweetspot is generally 0.5 to 1 sec. The coming wave is a lot faster and requires a 1/8-1/4 of a sec.

Awesome shot and timing!
Been some time since my last visit to Stockholm, was enlisted there in the Navy for 15 months but never saw this Metro. Which one is it and where? Looks new?

Tack Rasmus!
This is Rådhuset, so it has been there for a while Easy to miss though since it is in the middle of the platform. Let me know if you're ever around and we can go for a shoot.

Yeah I mostly went between Berga and the station so can't say I'm well traveled there.
