Some great eclipse photos in the last few pages. I am a bit late with my shots and I was also a bit late for the eclipse, but the moon did peek though the clouds briefly when I was walking the dog so I grabbed the camera.
Thanks Fred, I'll have to try that. The objective is too eliminate noise from low light images? Sounds like SR was a really cool app. Wasn't sure if the eliminated it from the aR7iii also.

Yes, the goal is to end up with much cleaner files (basically noiseless) and increase the ND effect. (when already using NDs).
Unfortunately SR is not available for the A7RIII, so the averaging needs to be done in post.
Anyone up for another non-scientific lens comparison? (I'll certainly understand if you say no! )
I went back out to the same location as the other day, where I had shot with the 35L, 50L, etc.
The conditions were of course slightly different: different lighting, slightly different shooting position, and the rain puddles all drained. This time I chose to try the Zeiss ZE versions of 35/2 and 25/2 wide open at f/2.0.
