I'm impressed with those 400*1.4 shots - another budget supertele for me to consider! This is a 5.6, I take it? Do you happen to know if this came in a Nikon mount with manual aperture or just electronic?

Almost certain it came in EF and F mounts. The best/latest version - HSM Tele Macro APO - is electronic aperture, AFAIK.
I think the Nikon version is generally less expensive. IF you don't need faster AF, the non-HSM version should be (again, almost certain) the same optical design. My previous copy was the non-HSM model and it was also excellent.
Haven't posted to the forum in a while. Switched to Fuji for a bit and just received an A7iii for Christmas after waffling back and forth between it and the A7riii. Now just need to waffle on some lenses going forward. Obligatory shots of the family from Christmas. I've been watching this thread sporadically and amazed at the number of posts and the quality of the postings. Hoping I can keep the high standard.

It's been so long I can't remember how to link to my photos and have them show up! One sec while I check the google machine.
Few from tonight's sunset--only okay. I think the weather is turning bad so likely the last sunset pics from me for a while (some will no doubt breathe a sigh of relief at this point).
I took my Sony A7R and a set of C/Y lenses for a sunrise shoot yesterday.
I also grabbed the A7riii and the CV 65/2 lens. I was heavy lifting, but I'm glad I did it.
