Thank you Peter! Mainly my processing approach to that image was a dodge/burning exercise. Mostly darkening down the sky/background, which works to give the main subject a bit of that glow. It is indeed a terribly mundane subject, but I’m appreciative you liked it nonetheless.
I do not belive in anything, but this is about the things I appreciate very much and I will always do.Our Overall Geniune Decaying Northern European Culture and Lifestyle. All religions apart, thhough they were of paramount meaning to shape that world.
I love it's climate, though it is getting more and more difficult to see the snow at Christmas
Those of you who are not coming from this culture-I'm not going to apologize for that. All intelligent hearths will understand.I don't care about the rest.I hate self-lying and any kind of so called "political correctness".I can not stand it anymore.
Sadly speaking,I feel paecefull not to live long enough to see what's going on with the world I used to love.
It is changing the way I can not accept anymore. :-(((
Politically correct please ignor this post.
Merry Christmas to you all of you anyways!...Show more →
Peire, I share your sentiment. Not to be an alarmist but I do worry in several decades, some countries in Europe will no longer be what they have been known for centuries and Christmas will be a thing of the past. There will be a day when those countries are over run by their "guests" who do not accept the hosts' cultures/religion and out breed the hosts. Is it far-fetched to envision that someday the blondes will be forced to cover their faces and the Europeans will live under the rules of that religion? I am politically incorrect too like you but truth hurts. Anyway this is a topic that's probably better discussed elsewhere (after I said what I said).

Thank you very much and thank you again a lot!.Thank you for understanding and not being afraid to say that. You are perfectly right, this topic should be discussed elswhere.
Hardly anybody understand what I'm saying. This is NOT a matter of intolerance.I dream of the times ,when I could freely travel to Siria and Jordania. When I could stay for 3 months at The University of Cairo to study arabic and search the jewish heritage of this city. Now everything is gone.
Hannibal ante portas.Militemus!...I wolud like the way it was before.
It is a good day when one can get out for sunrise and again for sunset and get some nice light both times! Nice Christmas present! Did not get any afterglow due to low clouds--too bad as the clouds overhead would have made for a show if the light came, but I am not complaining as the sunset itself was quite nice.
