CANON ZOOM LENS EF 24-105/3,5-5,6 IS STM + SIGMA MC11
Wow! A “family snap” that’s also a superb photograph. Nicholas Pinto suggested that any photograph has three elements: design, information, and emotion. Your picture has all three, executed at the highest level.
Bob: Your pictures always gave great pop without going overboard, irrespective of the lens you use. The one above is no exception. Great framing too.
Joshua: Great Wild, Wild West action shot.
Werner: In two words, simplistic perfection.
Robert: That's some scary macro you've posted on the previous page .
Jim: Beautiful foilage. I like the dark red colors.
Tim: Excellent waterfall shots. I'm still editing a few I took recently. I'm afraid mine will offer less foliage, though.
Bastian: Great, atmospheric sunrise/set? shot.
Manuel: Stunning portrait. I initially thought it was one of Joshua's.
Ronny: Beautiful waterfall. I really like the contrast between the dark rocks and the green.
Talking about Ronny, this is a poor man's tribute to his awarding shot from Island. I saw that cloud formation and was immediately reminded of that breath taking shot from Island that won him his Loxia 85.
Needless to say this was taken on the other side of the globe and weather was OK, but not great, and I didn't have time to set up my tripod. Loxia 35mm stopped down.

Thank you, Chris! I enjoy your image very much. The cloud formation there is impressive.

Of course, we also visited the Mono Lake on this trip and here is an image of the island there in the evening...
