Last one from Crisp Point Lighthouse, take on the 7r3 and the Loxia 85mm. On what maybe one of my last shoots with the 7r3, will wait and see.

Ryan -- Great series of the lighthouse with stormy weather.
What is the answer to the mystery about the a7R3? Are you getting a new model or brand of camera?

Here's an example of something I love about the Sony 42MP sensor coupled with LR Classic CC. This image is corrected for vertical perspective distortion and highly cropped (about 30% of original image removed and other parts "stretched'), which has lead to a strong decline my use of perspective control lenses (not getting rid of them! ), and an increase in daytime hand held shooting.
For structures of shorter stature, I find fixing the "lean" in PP is completely useable and speeds things up on location. Works well with my 5DsR too, but I'm preferring the malleability of the Sony image files by a small margin, when I don't need maximum resolution.
Shot here with the Sigma 24 Art.
Cropped and corrected for vertical perspective.
Original image without perspective correction and cropping.

Crazy me invested in a Fuji GFX system. I have it on loan for a while and depending upon how it works out it may replace the 7r3. Sadly, I can't afford to keep both systems, my physical well being would be in danger if I did. (Read that as my wife will kill me)

Got you!
Now, if Sony would come out with a 44x33 sensor . . . That would make things so much easier for us all!
Trying this again -- here are a few shots I like from the last couple of months. Hopefully these are appropriately sized, and in the correct forum! Newby poster here...
