Joshua: Thanks. Indeed, the tilted horizon was on purpose to get by the lavender and the sky/clouds in, while keeping hordes of tourists out of the picture. I also thought it conveyed the scene of that lavender hill better than a level horizon.

Chris, thank you very much! Yes, they did talk smack and loudly, too . I do enjoy the flower filed image you posted. The 55mm comes through each time, I would say.
