I was ready to do some long exposure to create flat water and streaking clouds. Instead, a rainbow suddenly appeared in my frame. I stacked 8 exposures using the smooth reflection app for this image.
We went to a higher point than the spot where we took images of Bromo when the entire lowland was covered by fog in the morning. You see the platform where there is a crowd there? We had to climb the slope to the spot where the bright marker is visible in that picture. Too bad the fog wasn't that thick this morning however but you can see the caldera better from this higher elevation.
Thank you Helena.I see that the Spring in the northern countries is as fast and violent as it is here.Summer heat came to us at least a month earlier than usual.Spring took off with delay but after the first days of April it exploded and accelerated,so that now we have July in nature, although this is only the end of May. This year will probably be like in the ones in the second half of the sixteenth century,on the area of The Crown of The Polish Kingdom, according to the records of the chronicler, when it was for St. Peter&Paul (twenty-ninth day of June) already after the harvest. Earth is still coming out of the last glaciation period.

Interesting! Yes, it is the same up here. Spring was late to arrive because of all the snow, but then heat struck and things went crazy. Trees went from buds to fully developed leaves in 3-4 days. Now we're in summer already, several weeks ahead of time. I love spring but don't like summer at all, so I feel cheated. Now it's starting to get extremely dry too and there's no rain in sight.
Another problem is that my favorite is fast changing weather with dark clouds mixed with sun. Then you could feel the closeness to the Atlantic and the Arctic and I loved it (not just for photography). Up until two years ago we had this kind of weather almost weekly, but now it only happens a few times a year. Instead days are either clear blue or completely overcast. So boring!

I do strongly feel the lack of changing weather as it is supposed to be.Instead of ever-changing clouds, only a clear,blue-saphire sky.It isn't bad at all,but why for that long?
