Three seals came up in the pool in front of me to see what I was doing after taking this shot. This is one of them. Heavily cropped - Contax Sonnar 2.8/180

Wow! Dropped just a bit behind, sort of 24h without following the thread, and multiple pages full of beautiful photography....
René, Joshua, Werner, Ronny, Dale & Jenny, Peire, Stephen, you never fail to amaze and delight me! Messier77, what a super set!
On my side, went to a Meetup, so it was later than I would otherwise do, but met lots of nice folks. Also had to use my Otus 55, which was threatening to sue me for discrimination, since I used my 28 almost exclusively in August. Oh, well...
Thank you, Philippe! The images of that barge are excellent.

and everyone else I forgotten !
Ronny, thank you very much! I am looking forward to you new images from Iceland.
No time to go through this thread for the last couple of weeks, and I see that I've missed a huge amount of great images! I'll have to work my way backward for the last 20 pages or so...
Meanwhile, here's the first from me in awhile. Sunflower with interesting background bokeh - A7RII with Zeiss 50/1.4 Planar ZE.
Here are a few b&w images that I shot earlier this week at Potawatomi Conservatory in South Bend, Indiana. I tend to use the Zeiss 50/1.4 Planar ZE so much for flower and foliage closeups that the poor Otus 55 gets neglected, so I took him along this time for some much-needed exercise.
I don't get the opportunity to shoot in a forest that often. I used the Laowa 12mm to get this shot looking up. his was taken at Watson Mill Bridge State Park in Georgia.
Few from this morning. Not a great sunrise due to no clouds at all, but a bad sunrise beats no sunrise at all eh? No point in posting pics when the sun actually rose--not in a good location this time of year and the color was gone.
Lovely images of your daughter, Derek! In 10 years or so, you will have to deal with boys that show interest in her . I hope you understand that I didn't mean it in a bad way and consider this as a compliment.

Another image from a session late last year where I used the FE 70-200mm GM lens quite a bit. I just went back and still found a lot of images I need to work on and this is one of them at 200mm and at f/2.8.
