Thanks Bob. It was shot at f/5.6...I imagine the 100-400mm GM could do just as well on that, don't you think? Bokeh perhaps might not be better of course. I do appreciate the size and weight of the Batis for sure.

Although the scenery lent itself well for a color rendition but somehow somewhat contrasty B&W felt like appropriate for this image..... And a little variety won't hurt either. So, here it is then in B&W.

Yes, it is. I now tend to reach for my 28 more often than for my 55, as a go-to lens, and, frankly, that is new for me. What is not new is how good your shot is...:-)
