Loxia 85 I love the red flowers among the green foliage along these steps. I intentionally chose a shallow depth of field to draw attention to the left most plant.
The second image is from one of the large green houses at the SATX Botanical Gardens. I didn't have my FE 55 with me so I had to use the Loxia 85.

Macro image with the Tokina 90 on a tripod. I attempted some black and white variations, but I preferred the color. The yellow center of the flower really pops against the white petals and green lily pads.
Ronny, I'm no where near your level with macro but I did manage to get an insect in the shot.
Werner, wonderful processing (?) on that image of the hillside. Looks almost like a bleach process but could simply be really neat lighting. Love how it is understated but yet still contrasty.

Thanks Jim.
Just a bit basic pp (white balance, sharpness and contrast) in this pic, early morning light and fog did it.
Thx, you know having the 24-70GM, Batis 18mm out storm chasing, the 10mm Voigtlander really stole the show. It's gotta be the unique perspective the lens offers.
Sony 85/1.8 pointed into the sun.
This lens is not quite as bad in this kind of situation as some have reported IMHO.
This even has a clear filter on it!
Not the best sunstar, but not as bad as my 35/2.8 for sure.

Done very little photography recently except for family shots, but did get out after work today at the RHS wisley garden.
