I tried something different on this one. It's a blend of two exposures. One for the sky and one for the rest of the scene. I used a ton of radial filters in LR on this one to bring out the lighting. I applied further edits in OnOne RAW which can be replicated in Nik Color Efex for the most part. The edits consisted of Dynamic Contrast (Nik Detail Extractor), Tone Enhancer (Nik's ProContrast), Sunshine (Nik's Skylight), a touch of Glow (Nik's Glamour Glow), and Color Enhancer for the sky (Nik's Brilliance/Warmth using targeted Perpetual Saturation). The nice thing about OnOne is you can apply the filter just to the highlights, midtones, or shadows for each filter or protect them so the effect is not applied.

A couple of Shanghai's famous Nanjing Rd (average sized shopping crowd) on the way back from somewhere or other
Note the police across the road - see if you can count them They are there to prevent pedestrians crossing on red lights (and they will, and once one goes they all go !) and so jamming the whole traffic flow !

Wow, Bob! You make a compelling argument for that 24-70GM lens!
Thanks Jim. I've never been that much of a zoom shooter but this lens is sharp with nice colors and makes a great one lens travel kit. My trip included this lens, my Voigtlander 15/4.5 and Zeiss 85/4 ZM. Makes for a nice three lens kit.

Super set, Bob!!!! I would have loved to do any one of them!!!
Brilliant work Joshua, Daniel, Ronny, Pepijn.....
Very kind of you, Philippe and thank you! Your last flower image with its selective DOF is great; I like it!
Talking about selective DOF, here are two images of same fountains I posted several times here before. They were taken with the Voigtlander 35mm /f1.2 Version I on TAP at wide open aperture. I thought firmly that both were captured at wide open but looking at the images, probably I was off and the first one was taken at a slightly smaller aperture but I am still not sure and I couldn't remember exactly. That's the drawback of not getting the exif data.... BTW, both people involved didn't know that I took those images as people were taking pictures left and right.
Dang it Joshua... I'd largely suppressed my desire for that lens, then you go and post those shots, and it's back...
Nice shots, good theme for this board. Seems to me that first guy isn't likely to be happy with his though. 0.6" at 16mm... OSS isn't THAT good...
