How you liking that Sigma 135 Joshua? Any interest in the Batis 135 instead? I'm somewhat torn between the 2.
In my book, the Sigma is optically the better lens but it is big and heavy. In addition to that, it is not a native FE lens. So, it requires an adapter and as such the AF is only OK. For sure, it is not as good as that of a native lens. The Batis 135mm, operational-wise is the one to beat but it is overpriced, IMHO. Optically, from what I could gather, it is also superb but it is only an f/2.8 lens . Just to say it in a few words.... but you can read up Guy's threads on the Sigma and Batis for more.
Hope it's ok to post HDR shots here.
This one taken from Natural Bridge near Gold Coast, Queensland, which is a cave with the waterfall pierced through the rocks.
3 shots at -2, 0, +2 eV apart. A7R2, CV12 e mount, f/10, 0.8s, ISO100.
Rene, Ronny, Gary, Joshua, and everyone else...superb grabs!
Happy belated Father's Day to all you dad's out there!
A couple portraits for your perusal...

I have the olive tree branch above Gio's head...oh well...300mm @5.6
A couple more of the Bund Financial Centre in Shanghai. I posted the Arts & Cultural section of the BFC yesterday (i.e. the bamboo curtain that rotates around the building) and these are the commercial office space towers :
I quite the distortion from the Voigtlander 15mm on the A7rii
A couple of grabs with Zeiss 100-300 handheld. Last one was taken with FE90 Macro as a comparison and the only difference was EV compensation... Zeiss around -1 to avoid camera shake... both corrected for vignetting.
Edit: looking better, I'm not so sure about FL of #2... seems more than 100mm since there is some difference with #3
