My daughter's best friends
Thank you and more great people's images, Ronny! So, which one is your daughter?

Great shots on the last few pages, superb portraits Ronny and Joshua. Love the MGA shot Wilhelm. My neighbour has a number of classic cars including an immaculate Austin 7 which he uses for hill climb competitions. He keeps it elsewhere normally but arrives with it at competition time and somehow I always manage to miss my opportunity to go over an photograph it. Perhaps next time.
Most of my photography happens whilst out walking the dog, but.....

Thank you, Peter! So, not you but your dog had the surgery, right? Was that an f/4 Tele Elmar that you used for the images in Hong Kong? Great images, BTW.

A little bit of a funky shot of Lilly in Anaheim - more an impromptu session without much plan but it was fun though.

Thanks Joshua .. Great portraits form you as always
A few from Medicine Bowe Wyoming, and a laughably terrible motel I stayed at in Arkansas. The motel had a mirror on the ceiling, kind of liked the effect it gave shooting into it and "down" into the room. These were quick edits on the laptop, may be a bit too "punchy" (or something).

Love that detail. The TE135 is an amazing optic, even after half a century.
Thanks Joshua and Rico. Yes, on this occasion, surgery on the dog's leg rather than mine. It is indeed the f/4 Tele Elmar and the early version at that. Very compact lens so great for travel, albeit slightly heavier than it looks.
Here are a few more with the first and second ones cropped, for composition reasons.

It was hard, but sold my Contax Zeiss 35-70 f/3.4 as I just wasn't using it much. Had to take it for one more short outing before packing it up... I could see re-purchasing this lens some day, it's just a great little walk about...
