Two scenes from the Olympic Peninsula of WA state. #1 from the lower Hoh valley, # 2 from one of the many places where US highway 101 crosses the Sol Duc river.
^^^ Jack...superb!
Samuli...now that's what I call 3D!
Borrowed a good buddies lens recently. Not only is it super bokehliscious wide open, it's pretty damn incredible
Stopped down as well.

Versions with Leica R 60/2.8 macro. The files were considerably darker and color shifted toward yellow/green compared to Loxia 35. Considerably more time and overall PP was used compared to Loxia 35, but the Leica files responded well I think because of the sensor's DR and overall great color response. Hand held and LRCC.
Been away from the thread for some time. Lots to catch up on.
A few test shots (cross-posted to the Sigma thread) with the Sigma 135 F1.8. (I may nickname it the Schwarzenegger, because it feels so heavy to haul around after 20 minutes or so.)
Went for a "Train Hike" last week. Used the Nikon 28 2.8 ais, and its really a wonderful little lens. I don't think my particular copy is better than my previous C/Y 28 2.8, just renders much differently. I like it

@f8...shot previously as well with my Loxia 35 if it looks familiar

Nice shots. And boy, those trains can really split logs in two (first pic)!
