Thank you, Philippe! Did you use the lens at wide open? Great images, BTW and the DOF is for sure is shallow. It is not something you normally see from a wide angle lens.
Whew! Your kind words make my day, Joshua! Yes, those 2 shots are wide open. The Otus 28 is remarkable in that, not only is performance wide open seriously good, but the amount of blur is greater than other 28s at the same aperture (obviously not tested at f:1,4, but at f:2,8), which allows for dreamy bokeh even though it is a WA lens.
I found a fairly inexpensive copy of a Jupiter-3 in great condition today. It included a hard plastic case and adapter to Leica M. For the price, it was worth picking up this little 'character' lens. These are the first couple of shots. Nothing spectacular but to see what the lens can do.
Another from last weekend's trip to an old Textile Mill...the CV12 just brought so much more into view...I actually cropped out the bottom since it was just empty floor.
Another from the mill...finally had some time to sit down and edit tonight...this time with the Batis 18. I absolutely love the B18/B25...some of the best lenses I have ever owned...

Tokina AT-X AF 100/2.8 Internal Focusing.Previous model to current 1:1 and the next one after bokina, going down to RR 1:2 as well.Sharp wide open, very sharp stopped down, contrasty, good colours, smooth oof blurr. Some say - prone to flare without hood, but i did not noticed that.I would't be surprized if it's optical formula is the same as bokina's.
