Thanks for the kind words, Joshua! I note that you boosted exposure of your second shot (both superb, BTW!). I never find myself needing to do that. If correction is needed, it is always to turn exposure down. Any comment?

Thank you, Philippe! The second shot was taken on San Giorgio island across the lagoon off San Marco. I noticed that the faces at the beginning were on the dark side. So, I decided to increase the exposure somewhat; hence the +7 there. We all know how well Sony sensors can handle "under exposure" and as it turned out, it also can handle "over-exposure really well, tool. So, I wasn't worried about the possibility of clipping at that slight increase of exposure. Both shadows and high-lights did get retained wonderfully.
