Bob, I really like the look from the Nokton. I sold off all my 50's but this one really makes a unique image. If I could just learn to shoot with a 50.
Mike: what, no mountaintop shot from Everest? I soooooo looked forward to that, I am sooooo dissapointed. I really liked your shots, though. But that was before I saw the money shot was missing...
Dale, really nice set!
Bob, brilliant as per usual. Unfortunately for those of you guys who think it comes down to the Nokton, it requires a mastery of Goleezian proportions. That isn't easy to arrange. I know, I've tried
Love those truck photos Bob! The Nokton is still my favorite lens and in your hands it really shines.
Posted these yesterday but started to feel that some of them needed more work, so I quickly deleted the post. Anyway, all are from A7 and Lensbaby Sweet 50.

Dale - I don't shoot at 50 enough . . . more like 35 or 40 but now and then I force myself to do it. The Nokton is a great lens . . .

You are too kind . . . per usual! Now, there's also the mastery of Philbean proportions . . . You've got that!

Funny how focal length is "horses for courses". I could live with "just a 50". Even with "just a 55", actually, if it is the right one. 35 comes next, but not that close.
