He's a rescue and gets anxious fairly easily, and licks spots of his fur off - often leading to other issues.
I've tried just about everything, so hopefully the most recent round was the last, though I do feed him, wet food, by hand when he wears the collar, and I think he's come to enjoy that part.
He's currently chilling, sans-a-collar, and loving life.
