Very cool Werner, almost looks like you used a Lensbaby.
Nicola B, I always enjoy our photos. You have a good eye both for subjects and post processing.

Appreciate Helena, Thanks!
I can say the same thing about your pictures that I like a lot and that are instantly recognizable without reading username on the left!
I always carry around the A7S coupled with skopar 28/3,5 or cron 40/2 or skopar 75/2,5
A very good fullframe lightweight setup..... who would have thought only a few years ago!
I don't find myself anymore around with a DSLR and big lenses.
To tell you the truth I'm getting closer and closer to the idea of an M9... we will see

Thank you too! I too have had my eye on the M9 for a while... Not sure if I'll ever get one, but I mostly have M mount lenses so if M9 ever gets "affordable" maybe the temptation will be too strong to resist...

^^ Peter, wow, the second image is simply stunning
Thanks for your comments Joshua and Nehemiahphoto. I was lucky with the sunlight/fog/frost combination but the tree is also a favourite. A split trunk lowdown and, from some angles, almost symmetrical. It doesn’t work so well with plain old fog on its own, but it is still a beautiful tree. The dog also likes searching for rabbits here too.
These two are from yesterday morning. I was in southern China for two weeks recently and the weather/pollution was depressing. It was nice to be back in Maryland to be able to see some nice sunrises and sunsets, at least when it's not rainy or overcast....
