A7rii + Loxia 21mm. This Loxia just amazes me - incredible sharpness just one of it's qualities. I could crop out the cathedral in the centre at 1:1 and you wouldn't know. Uploading here it has lost some of it's sharpness but it's superb on the computer - believe me !

Great shots, Joshua! Just egging me on to post more Universal City Walk photos! Ha-ha!
I love the idea of that fast 35mm lens you've got there. I'll have to add that to my wish list.
Hi Jim, thank you for your kind words. Sorry, I got sidetracked....

Beautiful Joshua. You make that CV12 sing. Staying with the wide theme, here with the CV10
Hi Bob, both lenses are great but I prefer the 12mm right now since I tend to crop images of the 10mm a little bit anyway.

AGeoJO,
Beautiful photos of Bryce. I lost hundreds of slides from the 4 corners area (including Bryce) years ago, during a move.
The way the sun can light up the rocks is amazing. No SFX needed.
Thank you very much! Yes, the colors are so intense that you may think that there could be something wrong with your saturation setting .
Here are two more images from Bryce using the GM 70-200mm with the 1.4X TC. I must say that I am pleased with the lens even in combination with the TC.

Get yourself to Siena Stephen ! Just over an hour away on the bus (best way to get there - drops you right in the centre).
Great idea. We will see if time permits. We have had a pretty hectic vacation so far with some travel misadventures and we may want to just chill in Florence. Thx for the suggestion tho!

I recommend Civita di Bagnoregio, really amazing hilltop town. Drove there last time I was in Italy, so can't comment on what the bus route is like and there is no train nearby as I recall.

Some photos from our cabin in Sweden, and from driving there and back.
(Nowadays the cabin has electricity and indoor plumbing, but I think the outdoor loo is kind of cute and couldn't resist taking a photo. )
A7II and CV Nokton 50/1.5 VM, except #2 which is from CV 15/4.5 III.
A quick try this morning to get a reflection of the Ponte Vecchio. Water was moving a bit too much and this is about as good as I got this morning. Had to remove a crane too....
Your images from Florence bring back great memories... I got engaged at Piazzale Michelangelo with a ring we bought at a Ponte Vecchio gold shop and while we waited for the ring to be sized, we climbed the Campanile at the Duomo and got some nice afternoon images. That evening, we had dinner on the hill, watched the sun set, and then got engaged over dessert.
I took an a900 on that trip and really enjoyed making images with that camera. They don't belong in this thread, but I have some images I really love from our days there. I'm looking forward to going back some time soon.
