More with the Canon FD 200/2.8 S.S.C. I need a sunny f/8 day to see more of what this lens will and won't do. Sharpness appears to be there but not 'Wow' sharp. Yet, for a focal length I shoot rarely, this lens could possibly be a good solution. It's smaller than a 70-200/4 or 2.8 zoom too.
Ronny: You nailed it again with another unearthly Iceland shot. How many photos did you take there? Seems you only had keepers...

This lens is down to about 700USD for a good deal on a clean one these days. Obviously I'm 100% handheld, so I use at least 1000 shutter. Generally I forget the mag or peaking and eyeball it for candids. It's really big, but just usable that way.
