The Bracket Pro app has a "Focus Bracket" feature, maybe that will work? Although I have my a7rii here I left my autofocus lens at home so I cannot test it.

Thanks! Despite the name, that app looks more like it is geared towards novice photographers. To a certain degree it is close in idea but a focus stacking app should stack the images into a single RAW file. You set the closest and furthest focusing distances and let the camera take the images and combine all the files. And yes, it would take the aperture into consideration, too, of course.
The idea is similar to another app, the Smooth Reflection app. You take whatever many shots, 64 shots for example, but what you end up getting is a single RAW image of all those shots put together into a single file with all those smoothing characteristics to render the water smooth.
Here are a few from my recent walk through Central Park in New York City. I was really surprised to see a few Wood Ducks in the pond and they were pretty calm. I did't have my FE 70-300 with me so I used the Batis 85mm and put the A7r2 into crop mode. I brought my A7r2 with my Batis 18, 25 & 85 and my 55mm ZA . It made for a nice light kit for shooting on the go.
