I am in trouble now. My wife Jenni, the real photographer in this family, has learned how to post on this thread.
The following pair of images share something in common. They were both taken a minute apart from the same location with the same A7RII and FE 90/2.8 Macro. What a versatile and practical lens!
Wow...last page zoomed by!!
Bob...congrats on the R28 v2...can't wait to see your images!!
Jenni and Dale...together, and excellent!
Ronny...sorry to hear about the Contax sale, but, you gotta do what you gotta do! I understand...

@f2.8
My wife's solar lights...which turned out really nice, I thought.

Hey Dale...it's in the middle of nowhere. Accessible basically by train on one side and a very Few remote roads on the other. Here's a Google Maps screen capture for you.
Gregg
Wow. I can't keep up here. Amazing shots from everyone here. I'm hoping to go out this weekend, provided it isn't awful out like it has been. Next weekend though, I'm going to the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, so that should be fun.
Mike - you captured some wonderful shots from that trail. I hope to get out that way in the next year or so. Beautiful scenery! That Zeiss 100-300 really shines in your hands.
Mike, what an awesome set! I was never able to do one such picture for myself, though it sits high on my bucket list. Congrats!
The Bratts, Dale, Jenni, Gregg, super stuff!
Ronny, I hope you sold your lenses to Wilhelm. His Volvo needs lens love...:-)
This time my homage to FM legend Joshua Ong. Being here rather than in Costa Rica means with lemons, I gotta make....
It's ridiculously difficult to keep up with a thread that moves at supersonic speed (along with all the other forums and sites I'm on) so rather than miss any action I've started to 'power skim' pages and hand out Likes that way, rather than miss a deserving shot (in my opinion of course !), or end of missing pages and pages of quality work, so sorry if I miss any comments / likes along the way but this way should work better for me going forward.

Hermann that very nicely done b/w shot tells a story - love it. Moreover it reminds me of the truly excellent movie "Le salaire de la peur" with Yves Montand.
Thank you very much, "Lieutenant Z", for your kind and encouraging feedback! And your déjà vue isn't the worst association either, is it?
A VERY nice addition to your "series" from the café. I particularly like the somehow "bold" post processing in those, conveying an unexcited immediacy, spontaneity and authenticity. Street photography at its best!
