Below are some less stunning images. However, what is stunning about them is that they were entirely edited on the iPad from native RAW files in Lightroom CC. I am very pleased with the functionality and usability especially with native RAW file capabilities. Now, I can further lighten my load. This is pretty slick.
All my edits were migrated via the cloud to my desktop so all I had to do was resize for web and add my frame.
Cool stuff, Bob. Is that the iPad Pro? My Fuji Lifebook is nearing the end of the road, and I'm trying to decide between the iPad Pro and Surface.

I'm using an iPad Air2 but if this works this well i might upgrade to the big iPad Pro. I wouldn't need my laptop then!
Took a trip to my local wildlife sanctuary to play with the 70-300g I picked up in the recent sales.
This is a Tasmanian Devil. As you may guess from the name these are only found on Australias island state of Tasmania. They are scavenging carnivorous marsupials and are endagered by the spread of an infectious facial tumour. The work done at Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary is very important.

You can see some other shots here including some other native Australian animals you may not have seen before and a devil having a meal.
I hadn't intented to post this, as there is nothing special about this shot. Except that it was taken yesterday morning, just before the planes swept proudly over the Champs-Elysées for the Paris Bastille day parade.
That was then, And then came the time of horror, and weeping, and grieving.

It's an insane world we live in Philipe. France has truly suffered over the past year or so. Our hearts go out to you all. Vive La France.
A Newar lady in the city of Bhaktapur, Nepal, permitted me to photograph her 'tribal' earrings. Bhaktapur was one of the worst hit cities during last year's earthquake.

Philip, my family and I were in a French city called Bloise on July 14 several years ago, we went to watch fireworks that night too. We are dealing with some medieval barbarians today and a lot of people still have their heads in the sand.
