Thanks Jim - who says you can't take an interesting landscape shot at mid-day

I guess you just have to go to 12,000 ft elevation in France to do so

I should have also noted that I used a CPL.

just out of curiosity. Batis 25 (f11) in the 'comparison' with the GM 24-70. 24mm f11) and a tripod. Raw JPG. LR standard. Am trying to think of. Must go to the Batis? Will continue to compare. but not scientifically.

surprising. the BAtis 25mm wider than the GM at 24mm
