From what you described Nokton 50/1.5 + 'some' Zeiss 50 combo maybe the way to go.
On the other hand, if you like rendering of CV Nokton 50 but wish for more contrast than perhaps Leica Lux-M 50 asph maybe your all-in-one solution. Please keep in mind that both [RF] Nokton 50 and Lux 50 may require Kolari sensor mod for the best stopped down performance, but Lux 50-M can give plenty of bite even at f/1.4 on stock camera.
Thank you for the information and suggestion! I'll have a look at the Lux 50-M but I need to sell some stuff before I can even begin to consider something new.
Bob and Joshua, impressive as always.
Great set again ecarlino.
Very nice colors and atmosphere in yours Gregg and hope you'll have a great camping trip.
Yesterday we went on another very nice daytrip around Trondheim, this time out to the coast. All A7 and CV 35/1.7 VM, except the moose shot which is a near 100% crop from CV 50/1.5 VM.

^^^^ I'm with Joshua, Bob! Really awesome!! Love the double sunstar image. Like them all!
Joshua...wow! Really like that 18mm...question, for anyone really. I'm heading camping(South of Tahoe) a couple times this summer. Looking to rent a wide( I have access to a Loxia 21)...either Voigt 15lll(or E) or the Batis 18? Which would you choose? Ill be using it for mainly for landscapes. I know the 21 will shine, as will t all of them actually. How does the 18 do for edge to edge landscapes?

Thank you, Gregg, Since you are planning of renting this UWA, go on the wild side and rent the hyper-wide Voigtlander 10mm or at least the Voigtlander 15mm. That would be my suggestion.

Thank you, Helena!
I agree with Bob, all your images are great but the last two images are outstanding!

Thanks Peter. Perhaps we both have twisted, distorted dreams!
Right, although come to think of it, I don't think my dreams are anywhere near as sharp bright and clear as your shots. Which reminds me, time for bed. A bonus Puffin shot before I go perhaps - C/Y180 f2.8.
