Struggling with self induced errors on day one coming from pro bodies. Just FYI to show from camera to IPad to web what I am seeing with A7r and FE35. These are all in tough lighting and have no value other than for me to learn what to expect and what to look up in the manual. But, if anyone is interested in a baseline with no pp besides some cropping, here are a couple.

Wonderfull images so far here. That FE35 seems to be nice. I am waiting for mine atm. I hope i get it until monday as i go for a ski trip and manual focusing while composing and skiing down the slope ain't as easy as it hears....
In Germany the Christmass-markets are out so it was a nice oportunity to shoot with the CV 50mm Nokton f/1.1
I grabbed a few shots with on my way home just to see what it could do after dark.
I didn't really have time to consider what I was doing as I had a train to catch and I'm still learning my way round the controls, so it was largely seat of the pants shooting.
There's some noise that needs taming, but it's amazingly usable.
Olympus OM 24mm f/2.8. f/5.6 at ISO 3200. I applied a custom Lightroom lens profile that I'd previously created with my 5D to control the 24mm's barrel distortion - it seems to be close enough for rock 'n' roll with the A7.
1/100 sec, so that's probably some swirly coma in the lights round the edges rather than movement.

Nice twoeye. How do you like it so far? Are you also going to keep your RX1?
I like it a lot, as a small walk around camera with the 35mm it has two main improvements from the RX1 for me, the tilting screen and the built-in viewfinder. I always found the external EVF of the RX1 a bit flimsy, and never got to using it a lot. I am already using the built in EVF of the A7r a lot more, and really like how the camera shifts from screen to EVF automatically. The tilting screen also opens up for some steady hand-holding possibilities, hand-holding the RX1 using the screen requires a fast shutter.
...and i can change lenses! The camera is both a perfect new body with a top-quality sensor for my ZE-lenses and 24mm TS-E for serious work, and a body for a lighter kit with smaller lenses. Really looking forward to trying the FE55 in a couple of weeks.
AF is OK for my intended use and seems faster than RX1. Customizing possibilities are great. Size and weight perfect. Image quality similar to RX1 plus some more pixels.
I think I will keep my RX1 for the f2 lens and minimal size for now at current second hand prices. I can see myself using the RX1 alongside the A7r + 55mm (or maybe a 75mm) at occasions.
