Photo taken the evening of October 26, 2015 about 2 minute before sunset, near the top of the Trexler Nature Preserve, Schnecksville, PA. Image taken with my tripod mounted Canon new FD 500mm f4.5 L lens and my Sony A7r camera, ISO 400, lens set to f11 for 1/5000 second. Processed in LR6.
A new lens...yeah, yeah, I know....but GAS has gotten to me again! Dammit! I cancelled my pre-order of the FE 21 for the moment. I just don't need to spend the $$. Instead picked up a very nice used copy of the CV 21 1.8 from Cindy... First couple of grabs while eating lunch yesterday

Joshua, super mega pop 3D... so at the end you got the FE90?!?
Michiel, duotone is better to my eyes.
Gregg, I'm always astonished by the blue sky you have in your area... I started to note on my calendar how many days of blue-blue sky (clean without any haze) we have in our area: my bet is we will not reach 30 days per year

Joshua, that waterfall almost looks like it was painted onto the rocks. Beautiful!
Thank you, Bob! I wish I had an ND filter with me for longer exposures... Oh, well .

Thank you, Manuel! Yes, I bought that lens before I got my Batis 85mm and I am still enjoying that lens a lot.
Three shots from a recent visit to Vegas.... It is not all about gambling but if you feel like it, you always can gamble at that amount displayed on the last image . Sure, why not!
Some with the Samyang 85, at probably f/2.8 or f/2 It's surprising how thin the DOF is even at f/2.8 and like 20 feet away. Part of my daughter's school presentation, was fun to watch
