Took the A7ii out for a proper spin today. I was afraid just having the 28 and 55 would be limiting, but honestly I think those 2 lenses will cover at least 80% of my photographic needs.
Little noisy in the background, I'll pretend it's film, , but I have to say I'm really delighted in general with the rendering of both these big Nikkors, the 300/2.8 EDIF and the 500/4 P which I've bought in the last few weeks. I've had alot of nikon lenses, and still have a bunch. None shoot sweeter than these, and in the bokeh department, I'm really taken aback how good they are to my eye. And color is really good too. I'm a happy camper.

keep em coming, i don't see myself being able to go there anytime soon.
here is the look i get when i'm taking too many pictures:
Ronny, I have to tell you, since I read your post, my hands started shaking, I am all sweaty, my appetite is gone, my legs are wobbly, my head aches, and I can't focus. I called in a doctor who said I was suffering from severe withdrawal symptoms. He asked what I had been taking/enjoying recently that stopped suddenly. I said "Ronny Olsson stopped posting pictures from Iceland". He asked "THE Ronny Olsson?", to which I could only whisper a "yes" between sobs. He said, very quietly "I can do nothing for you except sympathise. Only the Ronny can".
Do we have to plead, beg, grovel?
I've been traveling for 8 days for both work and vacation and the pages have flown by. Lot's of images to wade through but here's one take on my last day from Utrecht, NL of Sint Willibrood Church.
