Very nice Joshua! Which lens wsn't too bad? The Batis or the 90 macro?
Gregg
Thank you, Gregg. Actually, both, although being a macro lens, I expected the 90mm to deliver good results in close up range but I am definitely impressed with the closeup capability of the Batis. I checked out the landscape performance of the Batis and I am equally pleased. It is really an excellent lens from closeup to infinity , I must say.
Rowers happened to pass just when I was crossing the bridge and the light was nice, so I took some photos even though I have several of this place already... A7 and FE 28:
Castelo dos Mouros from below and above + a view at the Palácio Nacional da Pena. The medieval castle is located in the municipality of Sintra, Portugal. Wonderful region!
A7 + FE 28mm (pic 1,3,4) and FE 90mm 2.8 Macro (pic 2)
Photo taken at 7:30 AM on June 9, 2015 in Shenandoah National Park, Virginia not far from Big Meadows. Image taken with my tripod mounted A7r and my Leica M WATE set to 21mm; ISO 200, lens set to probably f5.6 for 1/160 second. Processed in LR6.
