rji2goleez- thank you very much
I'll encapsulate my thoughts later, heading out now for hopefully a timelapse.

Gregg, lux looks great. I love those curls in the child's hair.
Thanks Jim! Next time you come up to Monterey, you should pm me! We could meet at the Aquarium...in fact, those images of Gio above were taken outside the Aquarium while we were eating lunch.
Gregg
It's a deal, Gregg. I did not realize you were in Monterey area. Same deal works in reverse if you head up to SF area some time. Lots of nice things to shoot up here.
Jim
All handheld with A7.mod at f/4. Second body was M9 28 cron which gave a nice wide view in contrast for the final set. Had the 75 lux with, but did not mount it.

how's batis 85's AF with A7R II ? trying to decide which to get, batis 85 or FE 90. Thanks
I have both Batis 25 and 85. I love them both. The gearheads will say the 25 is probably a bit better but to me, they're both worth getting and I'm glad I did. I love the rendering of the 85 and it's sharp wide open with a pleasing bokeh.

Bob, you are killing me with all these great pics using the CV15 and Batis 25.. Just as I decided I could get by with only the 16-35!
The 16-35 is a great lens. I used it tonight in fact. Different lenses for different occasions.
Here is a Black and White informal shot taken with an A7rM, Sony FE 24-240mm and a camera mounted Sony HVL F20M (IR filtered) trigger flash and a single wireless old Minolta 3600 flash unit bounced off the ceiling. To me this is an amazingly simple inexpensive wireless flash setup with through the lens metering on the A7 series.
