Great shots Elijah. I like using this lens for my clients shoots for obvious reasons, but I kind of feel like I just want to hoard it and only take shots of my family with it!

I loved mine right away! First shot was at a focus calibration target at one meter. Dialed in +5 micro adjust on my Df and then took it to my Rotary meeting and then a wine bar. Fantastic results, all shot wide-open.

I did. It looked like crap from how busy the background is.
I just went away for the weekend and popped the 58 on my D800E. Unfortunately the main subject of my portrait shots doesn't want to be published! Trust me, the images were stunning! But I used the lens for other shots.
