Wonderful shoot today with a family of three kids.
the youngest was 3, which is probably the toughest age to shoot IMO.
But this 3 year old was a DREAM!!! She's gonna be a pro!

Nice shots. The 58 has unique character but it's striking how much sharper the 105 1.4E is wide open!!

While the 105mm is definitely sharper wide open I have never yet been limited by how large I can print with the sharpness of the 58mm. I think some people forget they can actually print photos these days and not just view them at 100% on their monitor

I printed a 24x36 canvas shot with a D3s (12mp file) with 58G shot at 1.4 and it was one if the best prints I've made in my life!
